Marija Vrdoljak – Managing Director<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Marija Vrdoljak was born in 1980 in Haan near Wuppertal and grew up in Munich. Together with her husband, she raised three children. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the German healthcare system and possesses extensive expertise in key areas of care delivery.<\/p>\n

Her professional career is characterized by strong expertise in executive management (Board Bavaria), primary care, and healthcare innovation. This inspired her to transfer her knowledge to her home country Croatia and apply it in a sustainable and impactful way.<\/p>\n

New challenges and the recognition of the significant potential in preventive care, outpatient services, rehabilitation, and assisted living in Croatia motivated Marija to actively contribute to the development and implementation of quality management structures. Her goal is to closely connect the healthcare systems of Germany and Croatia, create sustainable synergies, and establish forward-looking cross-border care models at the highest level of quality.<\/p>\n

As a key contact person, Marija stands out with her positive mindset, strong sense of quality and precision, and a highly solution-oriented and goal-driven approach. She combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.<\/p>\n

As an experienced family manager and proven problem solver, she is used to adapting to individual needs and developing tailored solutions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in volunteer work, which she pursues with great passion and dedication. Dancing is one of her hobbies and represents pure joy of life for her.<\/p>\n

Goran Todorovi\u0107 – Procurator<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I was born and raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia. After graduating from nursing high school at 19, I moved to Gauting, a smaller city approximately 20 kilometers south of Munich. At first, I was employed as a nurse in a specialized respiratory clinic Asklepios Munich – Gauting. After spending several years working at an intensive care unit and specializing in respiratory therapy, I devote myself to treating patients, especially in the fields of inhalation therapy and noninvasive respiratory support. Long-lasting and continuous work in the field has provided me with experience and expertise.<\/p>\n

After graduating Bachelor\u00b4s and Master\u00b4s Degree I assume the role of a head of quality management at specialized respiratory clinic Asklepios Munich – Gauting. During the next several years, I take many responsible roles at the Bavarian Hospital Association, Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety as well as at the Bavarian Association of Health Insurance Doctors.<\/p>\n

My greatest strengths are definitely the social and professional competence I posses and the number of acquaintances I have acquired in the Bavarian healthcare system due to years of experience.<\/p>\n

My favorite way to spend my free time is with my wife and 2 kids as well as in my small vineyard. That’s where I get the strength and inspiration for new business ventures and projects.<\/p>\n
